  Absolutely first class service all the way. I wanted a heavily modified machine and they delivered beyond all expectations, thoroughly testing the machine to make sure everything was perfect before shipping. Excellent communication throughout the process and delivered an impeccable product; as only passionate coffee perfectionists could. They stock or can deliver any product at equal or better price to anyone else, with unbeatable service and advice. I cannot recommend Charlie and the team highly enough.

  Went to jetblack espresso a couple of years ago when they were based in military road. Was happy with the service so decided to use them again, even though they moved out to frenches forest. It was a fair hike and never expected we would have to take our coffee machine back to address their errors three times. Over 4 hours of travel time and numerous calls and discussions the problem was finally resolved. It was supposed to be a straightforward yearly service and had no problems with machine but because they used a cheaper seal on the group head it leaked. I was then told the way I made coffee had to change, then told maybe my group head handle was Broken and needed to be replaced. Finally they put in a quality seal and it works fine but it's extremely poor form to tell a customer they are at fault with two different reasons. No reason to go back there, the location is far too difficult to get to and I don't trust anyone that charges the same for a cheaper product then tries to shift the blame to the customer
